Michelle keeps Ashmore’s projects running smoothly, combining sharp financial organisation with a love for seeing homes come to life. A proud Kerry graduate and busy mum, she finds balance in running, family life, and walks with her dog Cooper.

Victoria is driven by transforming ideas into elegant, functional spaces. A creative problem-solver with a love for detail, she finds inspiration outdoors and in art. Clients value her thoughtful approach, keen listening, and eye for timeless design.

Project Manager

Matt loves bringing unique designs to life, from the smallest detail to the final build. A Meath man at heart, he’s a family-focused outdoors enthusiast whose lifelong fascination with building began with Lego and never stopped.

Colm Harte

Health & Safety Manager

A detail-driven team player who loves seeing designs come to life on site. Passionate about craftsmanship and learning new skills. Outside work, you’ll find him in GAA, soccer, golf, or running. Coffee-fuelled, sun-seeking, and proudly Meath/Kerry at heart.
